Boat plans can ruin your workday by causing you to daydream about boating.

You will receive plans in a 4 megabyte set of zipped files in HTML format by e-mail plus the Flapdoodle III and X-Doodle options @ ~4 megabytes. 

If you are not able to open a zipped file it would be best you not order plans.
